Spa & Golf Reservations

The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, offers a variety of ways to enjoy your free time during forWORD, whether you’re looking to relax at the spa or spend an afternoon on the golf course. We have reserved appointment blocks for our guests at both the spa and golf club.

Please note that spa services, golf, and any associated fees are the responsibility of each guest.

Spa Appointments

If you would like to schedule a spa appointment for the afternoon of October 9 or 10, please email Suzanne Radliff or call her at 520-572-3037. Be sure to let her know you are with Seed Company/forWORD 2026, and she will reserve an appointment within our group block.

Golf Tee Times

If you would like to reserve a tee time for the afternoon of October 9 or 10, please email Jacob Hermes. Please let him know you are with Seed Company/forWORD 2026 so he can schedule you within our reserved tee times.

Off-Site

The Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain invites you to connect with their Guest Services team across from the Reception Desk. They would be happy to share information about local points of interest and things to see and do in and around the town of Marana and Tuscon during your stay. They’ll also assist with your booking and transportation needs.

Saguaro National Park

Saguaro National Park consists of two distinct districts. Marana is closest to the West District, and the East District is closer to Tuscon. Approximately 92,000 acres of cactus forests, desert mountain peaks, streams, washes, waterfalls, ancient petroglyphs, and more are preserved between both districts. With over 25,000 acres in the West District and 67,000 acres in the East District, there’s more than enough opportunity for you to experience the desert floor, desert uplands, and the largest and most impressive cacti you’ll see anywhere on earth.

Tuscon Museum of Art and Historic Block

The Tuscon Museum of Art and Historic Block encompasses an entire city block in historic downtown and houses a growing collection of nearly 12,000 works of art spanning over 3,000 years of history. Rotating and permanent collections feature the art of Latin America, art of the American West, indigenous arts, and modern and contemporary art, with related docent-led tours, educational activities, community engagement programs, and a museum store to delight and educate visitors.

Mount Lemmon

Mount Lemmon’s hiking and biking trails range from novice to expert. In addition, the ride up Mount Lemmon is a destination for pro cycling teams and ambitious riders who have said it’s one of the best bike rides in North America. Mount Lemmon’s 9,171-foot peak is the highest point in the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Pima Air and Space Museum

The museum features 400 historic aircraft ranging from a Wright Flyer to a 787 Dreamliner. With over 80 acres and six indoor exhibit hangars (three dedicated to WWII), there’s something for everyone!

Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum

One of the most visited attractions in Southern Arizona, this destination includes a 98-acre zoo, aquarium, botanical garden, natural history museum, and art gallery. The museum is home to over 230 animal species, 1,200 varieties of plants, and two miles of walking paths over 21 acres of desert landscape.

Mission San Xavier del Bac

This national historic landmark was founded as a Catholic mission by Father Eusebio Kino in 1692. The oldest intact European structure in Arizona, the interior is filled with original statuaries and mural paintings. Each year, over 200,000 visitors from all over the world come to view what is widely considered to be the finest example of Spanish colonial architecture in the United States.
